This is my first photo manipulation, I am not satisfied with the result but at this moment, I only know how to use paint.net software which I found not very friendly in term of drawing, colouring and also colour scheme/hue. I am actually looking for other photo-edit softwares (free or paid) which enable me to manipulate any photo with much better results.
I welcome recommendations from members who read this post.
